Leadership Evanston Alumni Reunion 2009
Over 100 Leadership Evanston Alumni and community supporters attended the February 26th Alumni Reunion as we celebrated Marybeth Schroeder's first ten years of dedicated leadership as director of LE.

At the event, the Foundation announced the creation of the new Marybeth Schroeder Fund for Leadership, which will ensure the ongoing development of engaged, positive leadership for Evanston.

Thank you for all who came and contributed to the event's enormous success!

West End Market comes from Leadership Evanston class project

As a team project, members of the 2008 Leadership Evanston took on the development of a farmers' market on the west side of Evanston.  The West End Market opened in June 2008 at the southeast corner of Church and Dodge.  The West End Market runs every Saturday in the summer from 7 am to 1 pm, offering fresh produce, baked goods, and crafts.  Click here http://www.westendmarket.org/ for more information.
